About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Disrepair Surveyor to join our team in the South of England. The successful candidate will conduct property inspections, produce condition reports, and provide expert advice and solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You will work closely with our team of Response Surveyors to conduct in-depth damp investigations and provide necessary training and advice.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant technical qualification or at least 6 years of experience in a related sector. They will possess excellent time management skills, strong communication skills, and a full driving licence for travel across the operating regions.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer competitive benefits, including opportunities for professional development and training.
