The Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at one of our busy pubs. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the pub, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and contributing to the development of new initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the pub
  • Manage a team of staff, including training, development, and performance management
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives and projects to drive business growth and improvement
  • Assist with the implementation of new policies and procedures
