IT Support Executive for a Leading Travel Company in Cheshire
The Talent Partnership is seeking a dedicated IT Support Executive to join their small, dynamic team. As the cornerstone of the company's IT operations, this role will ensure seamless technical support across the organisation, encompassing 55 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve user queries related to Windows laptops.
- Manage and support Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams environments.
- Set up new users and handle basic IT support queries and problems.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years' experience in an office-based IT support role.
- Proficiency in managing Windows laptops and understanding Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with AWS and MySQL databases is highly desirable.
- Scripting experience in Python or PHP would also be advantageous.
