Residential Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bath and Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering JCT contracts, conducting site valuations, and preparing detailed reports for our architecture team.
About the Role- Administer JCT contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
- Conduct site valuations to provide accurate and reliable data for our architecture team
- Prepare detailed reports to inform project decisions and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Develop pricing schedules for residential projects valued between £100k and £500k, including house extensions, refurbishments, and new builds
- For Senior Applicants: A self-motivated professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- For Junior Applicants: Some experience in quantity surveying is preferred, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
This role covers the areas of Bristol, Bath, South Gloucestershire, Stroud, and parts of Wiltshire. We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with the flexibility to work from home or in our office in Bath.
