The ideal candidate will have proven experience in commercial claims handling within a brokerage and strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and claims processes.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and loss adjusters to negotiate settlements and resolve complex claim issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements.
You will have:
- Proven experience in commercial claims handling within a brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and claims processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- FCA regulatory awareness.
- Dip CII or above.
