The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective setup, running, and monitoring of the service, ensuring it meets high standards and focuses on staff performance.
As a Service Care Solutions Leader, you will deliver a high-quality, innovative, and compliant service that empowers individuals to reach their goals through a person-centred approach.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the CQC Framework and be willing to register with CQC for registration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up and running the service, ensuring it meets CQC standards
- Leading a team of staff to deliver high-quality care
- Monitoring and evaluating service performance
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
