SF Recruitment (Leicester) is working with a well-established company to recruit an experienced Senior Credit Controller on a Full Time, Permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities- Contact clients in relation to their overdue accounts and maintain cash collections to reduce overdue debt.
- Handle payment and service queries principally via telephone and provide exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with the team to ensure client accounts and internal business processes operate smoothly.
- Experience in credit control and cash management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 and the opportunity to work with a well-established company in Hinckley.
