We are seeking a Stock Team Member to join our team at Next, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality products.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to work as part of our store team, focusing on stock management and customer service.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing stock, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with our coordinators and managers to achieve sales targets and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process stock efficiently and effectively, including locating, packing, and transferring stock in and out of store
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy when processing stock
  • Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized
  • Work on the sales floors to offer fast and friendly service to customers
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be flexible, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile to meet customer needs.
