About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team at Northgate Vehicle Hire. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our vehicle rental solutions to businesses across the South, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the local marketplace and identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial vehicle sector
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Work closely with our centralised support hub to prepare tailored proposals and solutions for clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a realistic OTE of £70,000 and top performers reaching £77,500
