Job Title: Multiskilled Tradesperson

Job Summary:
Garrard Building and Construction Limited is seeking a skilled operative to join our team as a Multiskilled Tradesperson. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting and decorating, as well as other associated multi-trades.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out painting and decorating works
Perform other associated multi-trades such as tiling, basic plumbing, and basic joinery
Work on domestic and commercial properties
Demonstrate strong time management skills and efficient planning and organisation

Requirements:
At least 3 years' experience working as a multi-skilled operative
Ability to comprehend schematic diagrams, blueprints, sketches, and building plans
Experience working within insured building repairs
Health & Safety Training
Good knowledge of standard building practices and materials
Own vehicle (company vehicle can be provided)
