Facilities Operations Technician

We are seeking a skilled Yard Maintenance Technician to join our team at Facilities by ADF Careers. Based in Longcross, Surrey, this role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 PA + benefits.
Job DescriptionThis is a full-time, permanent position working on day shifts, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our yard and office facilities.
As a Yard Maintenance Technician, you will supervise cleaning teams, maintain equipment, and ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and safe.
We require someone with supervisory experience and excellent organizational skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have basic knowledge of power tool usage.
Responsibilities- Supervise cleaning teams and ensure they meet health and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and tidy yard and workshop
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Report any defects to the Yard Manager or relevant Department Head
- Ensure compliance with company chlorination policy
