We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technologist to join our team at Agrial in Lichfield.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

Reporting into the Head of Florette NPD, you will play a key part in supporting the introduction of new products and processes. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative manufacturing solutions
  • Conducting experiments and testing to optimize process efficiency and quality
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to production staff

You will be based in our state-of-the-art facility in Lichfield, where you will have access to cutting-edge equipment and technology.
