We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Relief Family Support Worker to join our team in Stranraer, Dumfries & Galloway. As a key member of our award-winning service, you will be committed to supporting families and contributing to the realisation of The Promise Scotland.

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including access to training and development opportunities, and a supportive working environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities as a Relief Family Support Worker will include:
- Providing emotional and practical support to families in need
- Working with our team to develop and implement effective support plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant qualification in social work or a related field
- Experience of working with vulnerable families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
