Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes to the highest standards.
• Clean and maintain the kitchen and its equipment, including machinery and appliances.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring that dishes are presented to the highest standards.
• Support the kitchen team with tasks such as food storage, waste management, and stock control.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
