Respiratory Physiologist Lead

We are an acute Trust, rated "Good" by the CQC, with a track record of high performance providing regional and super regional specialist services.
The successful candidate will lead our Respiratory department, working in a small team to ensure the smooth operation of our growing respiratory service. This role involves working weekdays Monday to Friday, with flexible times and days within this working week.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and quality assure your colleague, providing guidance, training, support and strategic direction for the Pulmonary Function service.
- Perform a wide range of respiratory diagnostic tests, including lung function testing, initiating and monitoring CPAP therapy, contributing to the oxygen service, and performing and analyzing basic and multi-channel sleep studies.
- Be the first point of contact for Physiology services in Respiratory.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of respiratory diagnostic services.

Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is £46,148 - £52,809 per annum, pro rata if part time. We also offer a range of training opportunities, financial and education support with ARTP training.
