Business Analyst Graduate SchemeThis two-year graduate scheme is designed to develop your skills and knowledge in business analysis, with a focus on air traffic management. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions to drive business improvement. Throughout the scheme, you'll gain a deep understanding of our business and develop the skills and expertise needed to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions to drive business improvement
- Analyse complex business information and develop recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation
- Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals for new initiatives
- Participate in project teams to deliver business improvement initiatives
We're looking for talented and motivated individuals who are passionate about business analysis and air traffic management. You'll need to have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. A degree in a relevant field (such as business, management, or a STEM subject) is essential, and you'll need to have achieved a minimum of 2:2 in your degree course.
