Fast Food Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fast Food Site Manager to lead our kitchen team at Mercato Metropolitano in Elephant and Castle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen management, including menu development, preparation, and cooking of dishes, while maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Develop and implement menu plans to meet customer demands and preferences.
