Your Mission at Elis

  • To ensure that the company's vision, values, and policies are adhered to at all times.
  • Support the engineering team with hands-on experience to mentor team members, ensuring that PPMs, SSOWs, and working procedures are followed.
  • Support the Engineering Manager/team to ensure compliance with regulations for fire and alarm systems, PAT, pressure valves, etc.
  • Support the Engineering Manager to ensure risk assessments/COSSH/RIDDOR, etc.
  • Support the Engineering Manager with the planning, organizing, and coordinating resources to meet production requirements of ongoing maintenance and unplanned issues.
  • Support the Engineering Manager to plan and direct operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment as per production requirements.
  • Support the Engineering Manager to deliver training to engineers and operators on new machinery, using the machinery documentation and SSOWs.
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to persuade and influence people at all levels and develop good working relationships that promote team working.
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to motivate people, with a coaching style that builds effective teams and manages performance positively.
Experience:

  • Proven experience of industrial maintenance or production.
  • 2 years Team leader experience or CMI level 3 (desirable).
  • Educated in a relevant engineering field.
  • NEBOSH qualification (desirable).
