About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Care and Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve working with clients in supported accommodation and community settings, providing support and guidance to help them find suitable and sustainable accommodation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and people skills, as well as an understanding of the issues faced by homeless or vulnerably housed people. They will be able to work with complex and vulnerable individuals, helping them through a process of change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to clients in supported accommodation and community settings
  • Assess client needs and develop personalized support plans
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

The salary for this role is £22,500 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including generous annual leave entitlements, a pension scheme, and occupational sick pay.
