About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Paternoster House, a leading provider of nursing, residential, and respite care in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, working autonomously and as part of a team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Lead and manage the care team, ensuring that high standards of nursing and personal care are met.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with residents, their families, and the wider care team.
  • Monitor and evaluate care needs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Collaborate with GPs, hospitals, and external agencies to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification.
  • Current NMC registration.
  • Post-registration experience, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and best practices in nursing care.
