- Advise on processes in accordance with Labcorp policies and regulatory guidelines, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.
- Provide coaching to leaders to enhance employee experience, confidence, and competence.
- Assist with coordination and delivery of training for managers, working closely with the Global ER Learning and Development lead.
- Supply intelligence for business units and countries to ensure proactive ER activities.
- HR Subject Matter Expertise in Employee Relations and experience across HR disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of employee relations experience.
- Specialist legal or employment law qualifications.
- HR experience and interest in employee relations.
- Employee Relations experience in more than one country.
- Desire and interest to learn additional employment laws and practices globally.
- Ability to summarize information succinctly, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to support various time zones over a flexible work pattern, while complying with working time provisions for the country where the successful candidate resides.
- Dependent on location, this may be office or hybrid.
- Minimal travel (5-10%) may be required locally or internationally.
