As a Supervising Social Worker - Fostering with ISP Careers, you'll play a vital role in our Integrated Services Programme, working closely with our foster parents and a range of professionals to provide a therapeutic approach to fostering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support foster families to ensure the best possible outcomes for children in their care
  • Work collaboratively with our team of professionals, including fostering advisors, teachers, and therapists, to provide a comprehensive range of support services
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Conduct regular home visits and reviews to monitor the child's progress and well-being
