Job Title: Housing Delivery Specialist

Location: Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and Derbyshire

We are seeking an experienced Housing Delivery Specialist to join our team at Platform Housing Group. As a key member of our External Contracts and Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality refurbishment schemes that improve housing experiences for our customers.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role in managing construction works, including residential new build and refurbishment projects. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing large refurbishment projects, up-to-date knowledge of Fire Safety measures, and ability to travel across our geographical area.

  • Manage and monitor project progress within set timelines
  • Inspect work in progress to ensure quality standards and contract compliance
  • Instruct consultants to produce contract documentation
  • Develop and implement communication strategies for the project
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience of managing construction works
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Fire Safety measures
  • Experience of managing Contractors within a CDM environment
  • Ability to travel across our geographical area
