About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Urban Planner to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our clients' urban environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support planning projects, ensuring that our clients' goals and objectives are met.
  • Prepare comprehensive planning reports, assessments, and recommendations that are tailored to our clients' specific needs.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, stakeholders, and communities to ensure that our clients' planning strategies are aligned with their goals and objectives.
  • Assist in the development of urban planning strategies that are innovative, sustainable, and responsible.
  • Participate in public consultations and meetings to ensure that our clients' planning strategies are well-received by the community.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in town planning, with a strong understanding of planning regulations and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in GIS and other planning software, with a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization.
