Relief Pharmacist

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time, relief pharmacist to join our welcoming team across the North & West Kent area.

As a Relief Pharmacist for Boots, you will:

• Gain confidence quickly in a supportive and dynamic work environment.
• Benefit from flexible work patterns, with rota information presented at least 6 weeks in advance.
• Be stationed across 2-3 stores maximum, allowing for a stable and predictable schedule.

About the Job

This role offers a strong base salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus a substantial performance-based annual bonus.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer and patient care, working collaboratively with store teams to achieve pharmacy goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A professional, caring character and a true desire to help us change for the better.
• Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC).
• Demonstrated high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external local professionals.
• A passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers.
• Collaborative skills with a team-centered approach.
• Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services.
• Great communication skills, able to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients.
