About the Role

The Digital Product Team at Oxford University Press is seeking a skilled UX Writer to join their team. As a UX Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear and consistent text and guidance for users to navigate ELT's digital services more easily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write user interface text for strategic platforms
  • Develop a collaborative working relationship across cross-functional teams
  • Work with Product Design colleagues to shape optimal user journeys
  • Collaborate with Digital Product Managers to capture the benefits of new capabilities
  • Research and write documentation as digital capabilities evolve
  • Localise help content to support ELT markets
  • Review help web analytics and conduct user research to inform priorities
  • Coordinate activities with sales, marketing, and customer support teams
About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience of writing copy for consumer websites
  • Knowledge of customer journeys
  • Knowledge of UX writing best practice
  • Knowledge of accessibility requirements
  • Experience of conducting user research
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
