Compliance and Assessment Coach

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Expert Trainer and Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visiting students in their workplaces to monitor their progress and offer guidance.
• Conducting regular progress reviews with students to set achievable targets.
• Liaising with various stakeholders, including employers, teaching staff, and support departments, to ensure seamless student progression.

Requirements:

• NVQ level 3 in Heating and Ventilation is a fundamental requirement.
• Significant relevant industrial experience and expertise in knowledge-sharing within an educational or training context are highly advantageous.
