We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Director to lead our quality care initiatives and drive business success. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing care strategies that meet external regulation standards.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • To work closely with key stakeholders to establish and maintain high-quality care standards across our care homes.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality improvement plans to address areas for improvement and drive business growth.
  • Mentor and coach colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent care.
About You:
  • A registered nurse with a proven track record in quality and governance, ideally in a care home setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Our Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on experience.
