Job Title: Full-time Care Support Worker at Home Instead

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care: Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Domestic Support: Provide light domestic support, including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Companionship: Offer companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Medication Assistance: Assist clients with medication management, including administering medication and monitoring side effects.
  • Transportation: Provide transportation to clients, including escorting them to appointments and activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A valid UK Driver's License with access to your own vehicle.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a care or support role, with a strong understanding of the needs and requirements of older adults.
