We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Smyths Toys Superstores. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our store.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied and engaged.
  • Assess customer needs and preferences, making recommendations to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products and promotions.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Participate in stock replenishment, receiving and processing new stock deliveries.
  • Support the store management team in achieving business objectives and implementing company initiatives.
