Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and deliver engaging training content to support the TAP program.
  2. Launch program content in the UK and EU, ensuring seamless execution and quality control.
  3. Develop and maintain training mechanisms for new TAP clusters and existing clusters.
  4. Establish quality control and training audit processes to ensure compliance with industry best practices and local legislation.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, PXT, WHS, Operations, ACES, CF/SC Learning teams, and TAP Leadership.
  6. Use data analytics to inform decision-making and quantify the impact on costs, learning experience, and safety.
  7. Provide timely and accurate updates to TAP Leadership on program developments.
A Day in the Life

As a Learning Programme Manager, you'll take ownership of the learning and development of drivers on the TAP program. You'll work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver training content, launch program content, and maintain training mechanisms.

Minimum Qualifications
  1. Degree or relevant industry experience.
  2. Relevant experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  3. Relevant experience leading projects in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Relevant experience in a learning or transport operations role.
  5. Strong IT skills, including high levels of competence in MS Excel.
  6. Excellent data analytics and root cause analysis skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Basic project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, APM, PMI, or similar.
  2. Experience in a driver training role.
  3. An additional language, such as Italian, Spanish, German, or French.
