About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tesco Store Colleague. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, promoting products and services to customers.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the store, including working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
