Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective political strategies to achieve our members' objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including MPs, Lords, and government officials
- Represent the British Poultry Council at industry events and conferences
- Contribute to the development of policy briefings and reports
- Work closely with our communications team to ensure a consistent message is delivered across all channels
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the food or agriculture sector
- Strong understanding of the UK's food sector and its key issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
