We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at ServiceNow. If you have experience in telesales and new business pipeline generation, we want you to be part of our Sales A-team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets through strategic prospecting and relationship-building
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Small, Mid-Market, and Commercial Accounts
  • Understand customer needs and match them with ServiceNow solutions to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales success and provide timely and accurate information for sales management
  • Adapt to changing environments and work effectively towards goals

Requirements:

  • Proven success in telesales or new business sales with a strong track record of achievement
  • Experience selling enterprise solutions via phone and video conferencing with a focus on relationship-building and customer needs
  • Knowledge of sales processes and ability to navigate complex sales cycles
  • Understanding of sales automation and IT technologies with a focus on driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Dependable and adaptable to varying work requirements with a focus on results-driven performance
