Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at i2i Recruitment Consultancy. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for taking on projects at various stages, from inception to completion, and will work on traditional PQS duties, Contract Administration, and Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Perform traditional PQS duties, including contract administration and project management.
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • PQS experience and knowledge of JCT contracts.
  • Experience with Pre & Post Contract Duties.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Relevant Quantity Surveying Degree.
