Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - North Hampshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing maintenance provider in North Hampshire, expanding their operation and bringing in specialized Commercial Air Conditioning engineers to supply services to existing clients.

You will be joining their current mobile maintenance team, covering the North Hampshire area on a range of commercial contracts. Your responsibilities will include all commercial Air conditioning maintenance and general building services, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desirable)
  • NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desirable)
  • Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
  • Good Air conditioning maintenance knowledge
  • Extensive experience working within commercial environments
  • Building services knowledge with ideally electrical qualifications but not essential.
  • Full Drivers Licence

Benefits:

  • Basic Salary of up to £45,000
  • Monday to Friday, 08.00 am to 17.00 pm
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

  • 30 minutes travel each way
  • OT after 40 hours at 1.5x
  • On-call 1 in 4
  • Company Vehicle + Fuel Card - Private Use Optional

Responsibilities:

  • PPM & Reactive maintenance
  • Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service / maintenance
  • Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRV's, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
  • Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
  • Extensive building services knowledge
