Accounting Support Specialist

Cranleigh Scientific Ltd is a growing start-up that offers a unique opportunity for individuals looking to launch or further their careers in finance. Our finance team is responsible for managing the company's finances, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and budgeting. We are seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team and contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
Role Requirements
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting concepts, as well as experience working in fast-paced environments. They will also possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping, as well as strong problem-solving skills and effective communication skills. In addition, they should be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Progress towards AAT qualifications could be beneficial for future career development.
Benefits
The salary for this position is between £25,000 and £28,000 per year, plus benefits including future study support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their finance career to gain a broad range of experience in an exciting company offering development and study support.
