We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team in Troon, Ayrshire. This is a full-time role with a pro-rated salary of £30,000 for an initial 6 months. The ideal candidate will have prior accounting experience, knowledge of Excel, attention to detail, and strong written and oral communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the management accounting team with the preparation of the monthly management accounts for various group entities.
• Managing the fixed asset register and ensuring accurate balance sheet and profit and loss reconciliations.
• Liaising with auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

About You

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across all departments.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
