About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Integrated Planning Engineer Director to join our Project & Programme Services team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving integrated P6 programme delivery and maintaining programme schedules.

Your primary focus will be on liaising with Project Managers to provide hierarchical performance reporting and correlating schedule, cost, and risk assessments to inform decision-making. Additionally, you will lead on "what-if" scenario planning, providing detailed analysis of contractors' programmes and integrating scheduling across all projects within your remit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive integrated P6 programme delivery and maintain programme schedules
  • Liaise with Project Managers to provide hierarchical performance reporting
  • Correlate schedule, cost, and risk assessments to inform decision-making
  • Lead on "what-if" scenario planning and provide detailed analysis of contractors' programmes
  • Integrate scheduling across all projects within your remit
Requirements
  • A track record of achievement in planning within large-scale construction or defence projects
  • Experience in leading teams of professionals in complex business environments
  • Construction project planning expertise gained across large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects
  • An understanding of commercial elements within projects and a track record of driving value
  • A good understanding of programme contractual requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A recognised degree or similar professional qualification

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £90,000 per annum, reflecting the scope and complexity of the job. You will also have access to flexible working arrangements, including remote work options, to support your needs and ambitions outside of work.
