As an Academic Director at Ryde Academy, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Year 11 team. This will include recruiting, selecting, and supervising staff, as well as developing and implementing curriculum plans.
You will also be responsible for promoting positive relationships between students, staff, and the wider community, and for ensuring that every student achieves their full potential.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others. You will also need to be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,169 - £27,963 per annum (pro rata), plus access to comprehensive training and development opportunities, and membership of our Disability Confident Employer scheme.
