Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £42,000 per annum, with overtime available. Additionally, the company offers 26 days of holiday per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.
  • Maintain and update log books.
  • Perform tasks such as lighting installation, fault-finding, and changing ballast.
  • Test emergency lighting systems.
  • Monitor BMS systems.
  • Carry out plumbing tasks, including unblocking toilets.
Requirements
  • Electrically qualified, holding City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 certificates.
  • Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a client-facing environment.
