About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our client's care home as a Registered Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the care team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the care team and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate requirements and regulations
  • Market the care home to attract new residents and promote the services offered
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
  • Experience in care home management
  • Excellent knowledge of Care Inspectorate requirements
  • Ability to market the care home and promote services
  • Open and transparent management style
