Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Digital Project Lead to join our team at Maybourne Hotel Group. As a key member of the digital projects team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital experiences for our guests.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the senior digital project manager and the wider digital and brand marketing teams to deliver a new website for Maybourne.
  • Lead agile project teams to develop and implement digital projects that meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.
  • Prioritize effective stakeholder communication to keep the team informed of progress.
  • Ensure that our digital experiences champion and represent our users, implementing best-in-class practices through user testing and design.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, making sure stakeholders are informed of every step.
Requirements
  • Previous digital project experience or experience working with website content management systems.
  • A user-focused way of working to ensure the best possible digital experiences for our guests; experience of using UX and experimentation tools is a plus.
  • Team player with a proactive and solutions-focused approach and the ability to use own initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and work in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, a solid knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel is desirable.
  • Results driven.
  • A good eye for design, with knowledge of image editing and web design programs such as Photoshop desirable.
  • Strong passion for all things digital and latest marketing innovations and trends.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with an excellent attention to detail especially when it comes to spelling, punctuation and grammar. Knowledge of French is desirable.
