Reception & Locker Room Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Reception & Locker Room Assistant at our Oxford Street store. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the reception area, and ensuring the smooth operation of our locker room facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and team members, answering inquiries, and directing them to their destinations
  • Maintaining the reception area, including answering phones, issuing visitor badges, and ensuring a safe and clean environment
  • Managing the locker room facilities, including controlling access, maintaining facilities, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Working collaboratively with the store operations team to ensure the smooth operation of the store

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a reception or concierge role, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and customers
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
