Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure data integrity.
  • Proactively request, collate, and analyse information to assist in the preparation of reports.
  • Work with the Contract Manager to plan, instruct, and monitor repairs, renewals, and replacements.

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of the regulatory framework governing compliance, repairs, sustainability, or planned workstreams.
  • Experience of working with contractors.
  • Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office packages Outlook, Word, and Excel.
