The Role:

As the Social Media Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging social media campaigns, developing marketing strategies to increase our online reach, and connecting with key customers and audiences to solidify krispyhouse's position in the UK property market.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and execute captivating social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop compelling content (images, videos, copy) that resonates with krispyhouse's brand tone and voice.
  • Track SEO metrics, analyse data, and make informed decisions to optimise content performance and rankings.
  • Nurture and manage krispyhouse's online community, fostering engagement, and responding to inquiries and feedback.
  • Analyse social media metrics to gauge content performance and refine strategies based on insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, SEO best practices, social media trends, and competitor activity to ensure krispyhouse remains ahead of the curve.
  • Support supplementary marketing activities, including email campaigns, newsletters, and blog content, as required.

About You:

  • Experience: Proven track record in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in real estate, tech, or related fields.
  • Creative & Strategic: You're adept at conceptualising innovative ideas and scrutinising campaign and SEO performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Content Creation: Strong skills in content creation, with a keen eye for aesthetics and an understanding of what captivates an audience's attention.
  • Data-Driven: Able to interpret social media and SEO metrics and analytics to inform future strategies.
  • Self-Starter: You're proactive, organised, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to embody the Krispyhouse voice.

What We Offer:
