We are seeking an experienced **Transactions Services Partner** who can collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality due diligence, valuation, and transaction advisory services to clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering transaction services engagements and strong technical knowledge of financial analysis, due diligence processes, and transaction advisory services.

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and comparable roles in the market.

**Job Description:**

  • Collaborate with the transactions services team to deliver high-quality due diligence, valuation, and transaction advisory services to clients.
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing opportunities for business development and revenue growth within the transactions services practice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective client solutions.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting transactions, and advise clients accordingly.
  • Support the mentoring and development of team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth and development.
