Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in security operations.
- Foster strong client relationships by understanding their unique security needs and providing customized solutions.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security operations.
- Understanding of security protocols, industry best practices, and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to situations as needed.
- Annual leave package of 25 days plus 8 bank holidays.
