Job Title: Assistant Team Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Team Manager to join our team at Hill House School. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager in maintaining a stable, happy, and caring environment that prioritizes the health, safety, and welfare of our young people.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in maintaining a stable and caring environment
- Provide physical and emotional support to young people in residence
- Manage a team of care staff, motivating and coaching them to deliver high-quality care
- Ensure that standards set by legislation are exceeded
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of what 'good care' looks like, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to relate to staff in a supportive and motivational manner. You will also be expected to adhere to all policies and procedures and to undergo enhanced DBS clearance.
