Job Title: Retail Customer Service Manager

As a Retail Customer Service Manager at Entain, you will be an integral part of our team, driving customer satisfaction and sales growth in our betting shops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the shop feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Take bets on a wide range of sports and events, providing expert knowledge and guidance to customers.
  • Process customer transactions, including cash handling and operating betting terminals.
  • Help customers understand our products and services, demonstrating our betting terminals and answering questions.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work towards defined targets and goals, contributing to the success of the shop and the company.
  • Maintain high shop standards, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Open or close the shop as needed, taking on additional responsibilities as required.
Working Patterns:

This role requires flexibility and availability from Monday to Friday, 5pm to 10pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 10pm. As a key holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the shop, and your typical weekly rota will be made up of a blend of long opening shifts, long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts.

Requirements:
  • You must be 18 years of age or over to work in one of our betting shops.
  • Passion for delivering great customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and deal with challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
